Mission

To improve the quality of life for low to moderate income individuals and families by developing strategies to reduce community blight through neighborhood stabilization and positive economic impact. Our goal is to increase neighborhood stabilization by providing sustainable, affordable, energy efficient housing, increase jobs, and promote community activities that improve the health, wealth and safety for children, individuals and families in the Tampa Bay Area.

IRS990/Desc0Community Partners in Revitalization is a State of Florida licensed building contractor specializing in sustainable and affordable construction in order to benefit disadvantaged individuals. CPR is also strongly committed to supporting the brave men and women of the military who were wounded in action during the wars in Iraq or Afghanistan. CPR desires to serve those that have returned to the Tampa Bay area from the battlefield with severe wounds and disabilities. Our goal is to build mortgage free homes for these men and women who have loyally and courageously served our country. CPR is making a significant difference in the lives of the severely wounded men and women of the military forces of the United States. We build new homes from the ground up to meet the unique needs of the injured service member who selflessly served our country. These mortgage-free, ADA compliant homes not only help to remove the family's financial burden, they help to restore the individual's freedom, and enable the veteran to lead a more independent and productive civilian life. Our future plans include modifying existing homes through rehabilitiation of the property.

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS IS REPRESENTATIVE OF THE COMMUNITY REGARDING AGE, RACE, INTERESTS, AND GEOGRAPHY OF WHERE THEY LIVE AND GEOGRAPHY OF WHERE THEY WORK. THE GOVERNING BODY IS MADE UP OF INDIVIDUALS WITH SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE IN THE CHARITABLE FIELD IN WHICH THE ORGANIZATION IS OPERATING. THE GOVERNING BODY IS MADE UP OF COMMUNITY LEADERS. 3. COMMUNITY PARTNERS IN REVITALIZATION, INC. OPERATES SO AS TO ATTRACT NEW PUBLIC SUPPORT ON A CONTINUING BASIS. 4. COMMUNITY PARTNERS IN REVITALIZATION, INC. MAINTAINS A CONTINUOUS PROGRAM FOR SOLICITATION OF FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND COMMUNITY. 5. In 2015, Community Partners in Revitalization, Inc. received support from the US Department of Veteran's Affairs. IN 2014, THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVED SUPPORT FROM EIGHT BUSINESSES, INDIVIDUALS AND CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS. IN 2013, THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVED SUPPORT FROM NINE BUSINESSES AND INDIVIDUALS. 6. DUE TO THE RELATIVELY SMALL SIZE OF THE ENTITY AND THE TIME REQUIRED TO BUILD AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR THE VETERANS, COMMUNITY PARTNERS IN REVITALIZATION, INC. HAS ONLY RECENTLY HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO COMPLETE THE HOUSING UNITS AND THEREFORE FULFILL THEIR MISSION. CONTINUED GROWTH AND THE CONSISTENT SOLICITATION OF FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS, INDIVIDUALS AND OTHERS WILL INCREASE THE DONOR BASE ALLOWING COMMUNITY PARTNERS IN REVITALIZATION,INC.
