Live 4 lali, inc. Is an organization devoted to a drug awareness program at st. Mary's church omni youth services. More specificallly, the organization is providing funds for use in education for children about drug prevention awareness. Our vision a world in which we prevent substance use when we can and offer compassionate support to reduce harms among individuals, families and communities when we cannot. Our mission live4lali works to prevent and raise awareness of substance use among individuals, families and communities, and minimize the overall health, legal and social harms associated with substance use.

Community-focused learning opportunities via forums, panels and seminars utilizing subject matter experts and up-to-date information to shed light on a variety of drug trend and mental health-related issues concerning the public. Helping profession education experiences via customized training programs which feature our professional team of experts. Our programming is catered to mental health professional social service agencies, educators, medical professionals, law enforcement, legislators, businesses, professional associations and beyond. Overdose prevention and harm reduction education for opioid users and their loved ones in the use of naloxone/narcan (opioid overdose antagonist), the human relationship with substances and pleasure, how substances affect the brain and body, signs of substance use, intoxication and overdose, and how to appropriately respond to an overdose.

Schedule D, Page 3, Part X

The internal revenue service has ruled that the organization is exempt from the payment of federal income tax under the provisions of section 501 (c) (3) of the internal revenue code as a charitable organization. The financial accounting standards board (fasb) issued asc 740-10-05 "accounting for uncertainty in income taxes" that clarified the accouting and recognition for income tax positions taken or expected to be taken in the organization's income tax returns. The organization adopted the standards in 2010. The organziation's income tax filings are subject to audit by various taxing authorities. The organization's open audit periods are 2017 through 2019. In evaluating the organzation's tax provisions and accruals, future taxable income and the reversal of temporary differences, interpretations of tax planning strategies are considered. The organization believes their estimates are based on current facts and circumstances.
