The committee reviews actual conflicts that are identified by the annual disclosure process and prohibits officers and directors from voting on matters where actual conflicts of interest exist.”

“The reporting organization has no compensation paid to the top management official or other officers or key employees of the organization. Compensation is paid by Hebrew Homes Health Network, Inc. a related 501(c)(3) organization.”

“Effective September 1, 2021, the organization sold its operations and property and equipment. On December 12, 2022, the board of directors adopted a resultion to dissolve Ponce Plaza Properties, Inc. and articles of dissolution were filed on January 3, 2023. As a result, all remaining assets and liabilities were transferred to Hebrew Homes Health Network, Inc. on December 31, 2022.”
