Below are their programs: 1) candidate recruitment program - the candidate recruitment program seeks out individuals who have the passion and skills to one day run for office, particularly from communities currently underrepresented in public life. A special emphasis is placed on recruiting those from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds to the program. The result is a more diverse pool of potential candidates for public office with a shared set of values. 2) leadership training & candidate development program - the leadership trainings and candidate development program supports individuals interested in seeking public office by giving them the skills, experiences and relationships they need. Participants are required to make a plan for how they will build their skills and check in at a regular interval to be accountable for making progress. This typically includes participating in our leadership trainings that address campaign mechanics as well as the reality of campaign life to ensure these individuals are prepared for campaign life.”
