IRS990ScheduleO/GeneralExplanation/Explanation0The Education Equality Project Action Fund's (EEPAF) Board of Directors met via conference call on October 17th and approved a resolution to wrap up its operations and transfer its remaining assets to another organization (a 501 (C) 4) whose mission and activities are well aligned with EEPAF's. Both organization's work to close the achievement gap in U.S. public education. EEPAF and personnel from the other organization are in the process of finalizing this agreement, and EPPAF expects to wrap up its operations and formally dissolve shortly. Regarding EEPAFs outstanding loan obligation to the Education Equality Project (which is the C3 sister organization to EEPAF), the organization EEPAF is transferring its assets to has agreed to loan the funds necessary for EEPAF to repay its outstanding loan obligation to EEP.
