Mission
Apportionment.US, Inc. defends human and civil rights in general, and voting rights in particular, applying the principle of "one person, one vote." Apportionment.US educates the public about the Constitution in general, and specifically about the principles for apportioning representatives in the House of Representatives among the states. Apportionment.US'S primary activity is litigating to defend the right of citizens of the various states to equal representation in the U.S. House of Representatives in a manner consistent with the requirements of the U.S. Constitution and Supreme Court decisions. Apportionment.US is litigating an initial test case, with the possibility of follow-up litigation to ensure that the "one person, one vote" principle is applied in apportioning representatives in Congress among the states.The educational activities include materials on the Corporation's website (including links to relevant material on other websites), media interviews and articles or columns
