After the 990 is prepared, he submits a pdf copy to Kate Monroy, who is on staff, and who submits the forms to each board member for review. After all questions have been and any necessary changes have been made to the 990, Bill submits the 990 to IRS by E-filing.”

“Each of One7's policies are monitored through periodic board meetings, constant communications with David Garrett and/or Kate Monroy, and by assigning various management tasks to each board member.”
