Form 990, part iii, line 4a, program service accomplishments: formalization of the post-secondary education curriculum. A 14 course program for middle schoolers that consists of basic financial literacy, career exploration and high school application and acceptance. Also, a 20 course program for high schoolers that consists of intermediate financial literacy, career exploration and post-secondary application and acceptance.

Form 990, part iii, line 4a, implementation of a formal case management system to track and influence our youth through post-secondary education. We have established short-term milestones and leading indicators to guide our students on the path to reach that goal. We also employ a color-code tracking system that allows us to prioritize our youths' needs and the best resources to assist them.

Other

Implemented a small-group, values education program module to our weekly sessions. This programming helps youth to deal with the negative influences that so many of them face in their neighborhoods and to focus on the development of positive character traits that will assist them in achieving their goals and contributing to their communities. Groups are facilitated by trained instructors and match gender and age to bring about the most meaningful sharing and learning. All unity in motion youth receive this training.
