Hirondelle usa is a non-profit organization that provides populations with the information they need to mitigate the informal and formal impediments to the exercise of their civil, political, social and economic rights. We do so through the practice of journalism. Hirondelle usa helps build and sustain independent media in post conflict countries through a partnership with foundation hirondelle.

Hirondelle usa is a non-profit organization with a mission to enable the production and dissemination of reliable and factuals news and information and to consolidate its capacity to provide information to populations that do not have access to factual contents enabling them to make their own choices and decisions, based on our values and principles of quality journalism. We do so by developing new models to better respond to the needs in fast-changing contexts and a distributed media sector and to identify reliable and like-minded local partners. This includes representing the partnership with foundation hirondelle in the united states and serving as a platform for outreach and fundraising the u.s. Audiences and as an incubator for non-profit journalism initiatives.
