PROGRAM FOR HUMANITARIAN AID (PHA) connects vulnerable Ukrainians to Christian communities who provide hope and healing.

Program for humanitarian aid (pha) is focused on serving older orphans and those in need of humanitarian aid in ukraine. Pha provides resources that enable a network of ukrainians to serve orphans and others in need.
