WHILE OUR SIGNATURE CULINARY TRAINING PROGRAM REMAINED ON HIATUS THROUGH 2021 DUE TO THE ONGOING PANDEMIC, WE PILOTED THE FACILITY MANAGEMENT JOB TRAINING PROGRAM, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE INTERNATIONAL FACILITY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION FOUNDATION. THIRTY-SIX WOMEN PARTICIPATED IN THE FACILITY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM. WE PILOTED ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND DIGITAL SKILLS CLASSES, PREPARING WOMEN FOR OUR WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS. TWENTY-FOUR WOMEN PARTICIPATED IN OUR INAUGURAL ENGLISH LANGUAGE CLASS AND 14 MEMBERS PARTICIPATED IN OUR DIGITAL SKILLS PILOT. IN ADDITION, 45 MEMBERS PARTICIPATED IN INDIVIDUAL FINANCIAL COACHING SESSIONS, COVERING A WIDE RANGE OF TOPICS INCLUDING SAVINGS, BANKING, CREDIT, DEBT, AND BUDGETS.
