“Bon Lin Middle School Band Boosters is a school support organization formed when Bon Lin Middle School opened in August 2008. Bon Lin Middle School Band Boosters exists to inspire and maintain an enthusiastic interest in the various activities and needs of the instrumental music department of Bon Lin Middle School. The organization supports, both morally and financially, the instrumental music program of Bon Lin Middle School and cooperates with those in charge of the program. Bon Lin Middle School Band Boosters works toward achieving community involvement in the band program on the basis of its obvious benefits for the student participants. All expenses related to the Bon Lin Middle School Band program that are not paid for by Bon Lin Middle School or Bartlett City Schools are paid from the funds managed by Bon Lin Middle School Band Boosters which operates consistently within the policies adopted by the Bartlett City School Board located in Bartlett, TN. Some of the significant activities of the band program have included Holiday and Spring Band Concerts, performances for Bartlett City School elementary students, Pep Band performances at Bon Lin Middle School basketball games, and various school events. Bon Lin Middle School Band participates in band competitions both locally and regionally.”
