The promenade is an appealing and attractive walking experience that provides a place for spontaneous social gatherings, vendors, small street scale performers, and other urban activities. An expansion of this project was completed in 2014 that involved the construction of various playgrounds and gardens in memorial park. Final construction additions were completed in 2015.”
