“The draft copy of the form 990 is forwarded by the outside cpa firm preparing the return to the ogranization's management company for review. The management company reviews the forms and discusses with the cpa firm any changes that may need to be made. Once both parties are satisfied with the prepared return, a draft copy is then presented by the management company to the board of directors for review. After review any changes that may have been suggested are reviewed. Once the return is approved, an officer of the organization will sign the return and the return is then submitted to the internal revenue service for filing.”
“The organization has a written and approved conflict of interest policy that is followed. Review of such conflicts or potentail conflicts are completed on a continual basis. Annual statements are utilized for board of director members.”
