ReasonableCauseExplanation/ExplanationTxt0We requested and received an extension to file based on an inability to obtain all the information we needed from the remote field offices. Our all volunteer staff in the US has put in time to collate, prepare and work the accounts through the year while the volunteer president has worked on programmatic elements as well as monitoring and evaluation to ensure compliance with mission goals and impact. The putting together of all materials took longer than anticipated.
