Mission

The mission of orange county shared spaces foundation, since 2008, has been to support a quality and affordable multi-tenant nonprofit center, the village at 17th street, offering a collaborative and stable environment for orange county's nonprofit organizations.

The tax return was reviewed in detail by the President and CFO of the Orange County Community Foundation. It was then forwarded to all Board members who reviewed the return prior to it being filed.

The forms are completed annually and any conflicts would be identified. Any potential conflicts would be discussed by the Board since there are not any employees of the organization. if a conflict arises, the person with a conflict does not vote on the transaction.

There are no separate company audited financial statements. Governing documents, the conflict of interest policy, and consolidated financial statements are available to the public upon request. THE ORGANIZATION'S AUDIT IS ON A CONSOLIDATED BASIS WITH ORANGE COUNTY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION (OCCF). THE OCCF AUDIT COMMITTEE HAS OVERSIGHT OF THE AUDIT AND SELECTION OF THE INDEPENDENT ACCOUNTANTS.
