Our key areas of focus include:a)Promoting and amplifying the work of our existing partner organizations, and creating new relationships to expand our reachb)Expanding and codifying our internship program for high school and college-aged studentsc)Creating Flawless-branded content and courses to communicate our mission and teach quantifiable skills including mindfulness INTERNS TRAINED: 15Key areas of training and exposure include attendance at multiple brain health and social-emotional intelligence training and events, including: a)Collaborative Problem Solving Tier 1 trainingb)Mental Health First Aid trainingc)RULER Institute (Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence)d)Mental Health America Conferencee)Bruce Perry Neurosequential Model trainingsFurthermore, interns create content synthesizing and reflecting on their learnings and experience, are trained on best practices of social media management, and learn key workplace-related skills including time management and professional communication.
