Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

Management has analyzed the tax positions taken by the organization, and has concluded that as of december 31, 2024 and 2023, there are no known uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition of a liability (or asset) or disclosure in the financial statements. The organization is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress. Based on the normal statutory periods subject to audit, not withstanding any events or circumstances that may exist which could expand the open period, management believes that the organization's tax returns for fiscal years 2021 through 2024 remain open for income tax examinations.
