The organization's core mission is to empower teenage volunteers to become aware of the world around them and how they can impact the lives of others. By engaging youth volunteers in community service, the organization hopes to illustrate to those volunteers that community service and philanthropic giving benefits not only the receiver, but also the giver. In furtherance of that goal, the organization will attempt to provide a broad range of service opportunities for the youth volunteers, recognizing that different projects may appeal to different volunteers. Through providing direct services, and also indirectly through funding, the organization plans to address issues including, but not limited to, poverty, illness, addiction, prostitution, sexual abuse, refugee strife, incarceration and isolation.
