“Total administrative services corporate (tasc) provides certain administrative, financial and information technology services to give back foundation. These services include but are not limited to donor and charity account management, web hosting, data management, call center support and treasury services. In addition, tasc provides certain services for give back foundation in connection with the combined federal campaign (cfc) contract.”

“At the time of original filing a distribution fee was erroneously included in the compensation amount for total administrative services corporation, as the fee was transferred to a fiscal agent fund held by total administrative services corporation. The distribution fee was not paid to total administrative services corporation as compensation for services rendered. The majority of the distribution fee was used to pay four vendors for outreach services in conjunction with the combined federal campaign. Therefore form 990, part vii section b has been amended to reflect these corrections. The organization also had amounts related to cash flows included in expense in the audited financial statements that pertained to payments to relieve liabilities for amounts expensed in prior years. Therefore form 990, part viii, part ix, schedule d part xi and part xii have been amended to reflect these corrections.”
