Form 990, Page 6, Part VI, Line 12C

The organization requires all board members and officers to complete an annual conflict of interest disclosure form. Disclosures are reviewed by the remainder of the board, and any potential conflicts are evaluated to determine appropriate action. In cases where a conflict is identified, the interested party is required to recuse themselves from related discussions and votes. Meeting minutes reflect these recusals, and compliance is monitored by the organization's leadership and legal counsel as needed.
