Fox valley warming shelter merged with two other charities on october 1, 2018. The facilities and assets are being used for the same purpose but the shelter is operating under pillars, inc. Which is also a 501(c)(3) charitable organization with its own organizational documents and board members. Pillars operates the former fox valley warming shelter as a shelter for homeless people so the original organizations mission and achievements are the same.
