VINCENT SIGNED A MEMBERSHIP REORGANIZATION AGREEMENT WITH CHRISTUS HEALTH, WHICH RESULTED IN THE TRANSFER OF ANCHORUM ST. VINCENT'S REMAINING MEMBERSHIP IN CHRISTUS ST. VINCENT REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER. THIS REORGANIZATION ENDED THE SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION/SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ANCHORUM ST. VINCENT AND CHRISTUS ST.
