“2013 was the 3rd year of classes for the evangelical seminary of peru (sea) in the peruvian city of andahuaylas. This year we had our first three students graduate in december. Enrollment has increased from 40 students to 57 students. The quechua bible institutes (qbi) have increased from eight to 13 locations. Two additional quechua speaking peruvian nationals have joined our peru staff as volunteers to teach at the qbi's and assist with conferences in the local communities. Bill and becky rowley have been in belem brazil, on the mouth of the amazon river, for a year now. They have established partnerships with a few churches on the amazon river and in the city of belem to provide discipleship training. The process of recruiting nationals to be teachers has begun. Bill has also been assisting churches and ministries in developing websites and providing business counseling to improve their overall program.”
