The first is to address social injustice locally, regionally and globally with meaningful, sustainable support. The second is to engage mentors and volunteers in creating resources and manpower which take on these issues of social injustice. In this leadership development model, veteran mentors and leaders develop new leaders. The conclusion of one service project is the beginning of the next project. This self fulfilling leadership model continues to address global injustice while it generates powerful and effective youth leaders.
