“Right stuff ministries is a 501c-3 non-profit ministry championing the cause of fatherless children in the greater leeds community. We believe god promises to be a father to the fatherless, and he has a special affection for the poor, weak and afflicted. Every child has been created to fulfill god's purpose in their life. We believe that god's primary means of bringing change to the lives of fatherless children is through his church - the body of christ. We are a fathering ministry. We aren't just creating programs; we are building meaningful relationships with at-risk children by involving ourselves in their daily lives. We serve these children in the following ways: "we take them to sunday church services at church of the highlands each week. "we provide weekly meals and fun activities in a relaxed home setting. "we take the kids to the movies, skating, to state parks, swimming and to other outings. "we take our older kids to the monthly motion youth services at church of the highlands. "we host weekend sleepovers and camping retreats to assist in character development and life lessons. "our director's family also fosters four of these at-risk children in their home. Our biblical mandate is psalm 82:3 which says, "defend the cause of the weak and fatherless; maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed."”
