The 2025 Industry Studies Association annual conference was held at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Samberg Conference Center and Sloan School of Management. Drawing over 225 attendees and featuring more than 230 papers, the three-day event showcased how industries are adapting to digital transformation, capital market pressures, workforce shifts, and geopolitical change. The theme, "Industry Transformation in the Age of Artificial Intelligence and Resilient Supply Networks," united scholars from management, engineering, economics, and policy to explore emerging industrial dynamics. Highlights included plenaries on digital ecosystems, industrial policy, and workforce development, with speakers from MIT, Cambridge and Wharton leading discussions on competitiveness, patient capital, and inclusive industrial renewal. A special tribute honored Richard Lester for his pioneering leadership in establishing the field of industry studies. Factory tours offered hands-on insights at VulcanForms, Commonwealth Fusion Systems, and MassRobotics, connecting attendees to innovation in advanced manufacturing, fusion energy, and robotics. Featuring participants from over 100 institutions and 10 countries, the conference affirmed ISA's role as a bridge between rigorous research and practical policy, advancing understanding of how technology, policy, and organization shape the future of industrial systems.-$80,028
