“The vulnerable people project has been diligently assisting various communities throughout 2024. Security has been provided to the last two girls' schools in afghanistan. Vpp also provided 110 afghans with food, shelter, medical care, and education for the children. A portion of assistance included offering afghans guidance as they proceeded through the visa application process. Additionally, vpp gave aid to 36 afghans while they settled in the united states. During the month of december, 13 young women were brought to a safe house in canada where they will have the opportunity to attend college. In mongolia, vpp had another successful campaign for "coal for christmas" during 2023 and 2024. "coal for christmas" is a service that involves the donation of coal given to communities who experience various hardships during the winter months. The winter of 2024 also included several other aid programs. Vpp provided support to the countries of nigeria, zambia, and malawi. This project involved serving vulnerable and elderly christian communities through food donations. Namely locations such as, the st. John the baptist church in zambia where they took part of a monthly feeding program. Then vulnerable people project expanded to eleven more parishes which was only made possible by the donations received during 2024. In nigeria, vpp provided assistance to the last jewish synagogue by installing a well. Along with that, catholic parishes have been given assistance in nigeria through monthly food donations, security equipment, and security personnel for the parish priests. Further assistance was given in nigeria that included funding for installation of solar panels at divine love hospital and the purchase of an incubator to preserve the lives of prematurely birthed babies. The incubator is expected to save 500 children each year. The vulnerable people project answered the call to help the people of sudan who have been impacted by the civil war. Since the leading cause of death is exposure, vpp focused their efforts on providing tents and tarps to protect the at-risk christians and other refugees living in the nuba mountains. Next, to fulfill a dire need for food, vpp also shipped in emergency food bars to four of their regional hospitals. Furthermore, as a result of the ongoing conflict, the citizens of sudan have sustained significant injuries and hardships. Vpp supporters stepped in to send emergency funds to fulfill the need for medical supplies and transportation for the hospitals. After the conflict began in gaza, several christian churches were retaliated against. As a result, vpp sought to serve the remaining christian communities in northern gaza throughout 2024. They fulfilled this service by making shipments of emergency food and evacuating individuals located in high-risk areas. Finally, the vulnerable people project also had notable accomplishments at the u.s. And mexico border. Specifically, partnering with a missionary who operates a pregnancy center at the border. Vpp provided her with a four- wheel truck to rescue individuals trapped in life-threatening situations and offering them an opportunity to establish citizenship in america.”
