The purpose of Seeds of Heaven is "to perform activities for the support and benefit of Global Country of World Peace, an Iowa non-profit corporation," through programs bringing enlightenment to the individual, invincibility to every nation and world peace.Seeds of Heaven is engaged in supporting the work of Global Country of World Peace USA by engaging in the following charitable activities, which but for Seeds of Heaven would be engaged in by GCWP, to support the teaching of Transcendental Meditation and other programs of the Global Country of World Peace in countries around the world--facilitating travel and participation of candidates from emerging countries in International Transcendental Meditation Teacher Training courses,--organizing tours of experts in Consciousness-Based Education and Advanced Programs in Africa and the Caribbean,--supporting the founding and development of Transcendental Meditation teaching organizations and Consciousness-Based schools in Africa, Asia, Latin

IRS990ScheduleA/Form990ScheduleAPartVIGrp/ExplanationTxt0For all tax years through 12/31/20, Global Projects for Peace (GP4P) was a functionally integrated Type III supporting organization of Global Country of World Peace (GCWP)(EIN 36-4519393). During the course of 2021, GCWP significantly reduced its activities for which GP4P was providing support. This was an event beyond GP4Ps control. Due to the reduced activities of GCWP, GP4P began to look to other 501(c)(3) organizations with similar missions to provide support. In October 2021, GP4P finalized agreements with Maharishi International University (MIU) (EIN 42-1315493) and Brahmananda Saraswati Foundation (BSF) (EIN 26-2986750), two 501(c)(3) organizations with which it shares similar missions and which are of the type of class already designated in GP4Ps organizing document, to become a Type I supporting organization for both these entities. The articles of incorporation and by-laws of GP4P empowered the Board of Directors to make this change in supported organizations. By agreement, authorized representatives from MIU and BSF each appointed three members of the Board of Directors of GP4P. The total of 6 directors of the supported organizations constitutes a majority of the 11 members of the Board of Directors. Therefore, at the end of 2021 control of GP4P rests with the supported organizations, MIU and BSF, which have the power to appoint a majority of the Directors of the supporting organization. The articles of incorporation and by-laws of GP4P have been amended to reflect this change in the supported organizations by removing GCWP as a supported organization and adding BSF and MIU as supported organizations.Descriptions of GP4Ps Supported Organizations are as follows:1)Brahmananda Saraswati Foundation (BSF), whose mission is to serve as a nonprofit organization organized and operated exclusively for educational, charitable, and scientific purposes to promote courses throughout the world in Maharishi Vedic Science and Technology as a means to fully develop human awareness and the full potential of the mind and to ensure that life is always lived in right action spontaneously in accord with Natural law; and to (i) train and maintain groups of individuals practicing the Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi program, including Yogic Flying, in every country, (ii) provide educational and related facilities for these groups of Yogic Flyers that are constructed in accordance with Natural Law, and (iii) support the establishment of educational and research facilities throughout the world to implement the foregoing purpose.2) Maharishi International University (MIU) whose mission is to serve as a nonprofit organization organized and operated exclusively for educational, charitable, and scientific purposes and to fulfill the highest ideals of education by integrating the strengths of traditional education with a study and experience of consciousness and the unified field of all the laws of nature offered by the programs of knowledge founded by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and to support and conduct activities which apply knowledge to help solve the problem of society and the world and to improve the quality of life for all mankind.
