We know that early education, prevention, and intervention can change families' futures forever. Our mission is to raise this awareness. Our angels at risk educational programs and services are designed to encourage communication on a parent to parent, kid to kid, teen to teen and parents to kid/teen level. Our wish is to believe that we can make a shift in the paradigm of mental health by adding prevention education under social and emotional learning in all schools, both public and private. Kids and their families from every platform would have a chance to have a happier, healthier life in this country, in our community, and in their homes.

ADDITIONALLY, WE HAD THE HONOR OF RENEWING OUR CONTRACT WITH BEVERLY HILLS UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR THE 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR, WHICH WILL BE THE THIRD YEAR IN A ROW TO INCLUDE OUR ANGELS AT RISK LUNCHTIME PROGRAMS & SERVICES (MODALITY #3). THIS OPPORTUNITY WITH BHUSD AS WELL AS OUR EXPANSION WITH THE GDSD HAS HELPED TRULY OPENED THE DOOR TO REINSTATE OUR PARENT-TEEN PREVENTION EDUCATION PROGRAMS (MODALITY #1). MOREOVER, THIS YEAR WE WERE ALSO INVITED BY THE CROSSROADS SCHOOL FOR ARTS AND SCIENCES 8TH GRADE ACADEMIC DEAN AND THE MIDDLE AND UPPER SCHOOL LIFE SKILLS TEACHER/COORDINATOR TO PROVIDE OUR PREVENTION EDUCATION PROGRAMS AND SERVICES (MODALITY #2) FOR A LIVE/IN-PERSON 8TH GRADE MIDDLE SCHOOL TOWN HALL. THIS EXPERIENCE INCLUDED ALL 8TH GRADERS, ALL 8TH GRADE TEACHERS, THE 8TH GRADE ACADEMIC DEAN AND THE CROSSROADS MIDDLE SCHOOL PRINCIPAL. IN ADDITION, AN EMAIL WAS SENT OUT TO THE PARENTS PRIOR TO THE 8TH GRADE TOWN HALL WHICH HELPED TURN THE PROGRAMS INTO AN INCLUSIVE FAMILY EXPERIENCE. MOST IMPORTANTLY, ARE THRILLED TO SAY THAT OUR PROGRAMS CONTINUE TO IMPACT PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS AND CUTS ACROSS ALL DEMOGRAPHICS FROM SANTA MONICA TO BEVERLY HILLS TO INGLEWOOD. ADDITIONALLY, WE CONTINUE TO SET INTO MOTION A CONFIRMATION TO REVISIT LAUNCHING A TEST PROGRAM WITH NOTES FROM THE HEART/WISHES FROM THE HEART WITH KIDS & PARENTS IN THE SIMPLEST OF WAYS (MODALITY #1). THIS TEST PROGRAM WITH NOTES FROM THE HEART/WISHES FROM THE HEART WOULD ALSO INTRODUCE A SIMPLE TRAINING OF THE EDUCATIONAL TOOL IN AN EASY NON-THERAPEUTIC, YET EFFECTIVE, FORMAT (MODALITY #4). FINALLY, THIS YEAR, WE CONTINUE TO MAKE OUTREACHES TO OTHER NON-PROFITS TO FIND NEW & INNOVATIVE WAYS TO COLLABORATE OR MERGE (MODALITY #6). ALSO, THE RECENT & CURRENT INVITATIONS FROM LARGER ORGANIZATIONS VIA FUNDING (MPF) & TO BE INCLUDED IN POLICY ADVOCACY, THEIR VISION & IDEAS REGARDING MENTAL HEALTH & DRUG & ALCOHOL USE AT A STATE-WIDE & NATIONAL LEVEL & THE INVITATION TO COLLABORATE AND/OR MERGE WITH AS THEIR PRIMARY PREVENTION EDUCATION PROGRAM. 2. A BRAND NEW WAY THAT WE MEASURE OUR SUCCESS IS THROUGH THE DIFFERENT REQUESTS & OVERALL AND CONTINUED ASK FROM SCHOOLS AND OTHER NON-PROFITS/ORGANIZATIONS, BOTH ON A LOCAL AND NATIONAL SCALE, TO VIEW & UNDERSTAND OUR CURRICULUM AS WELL AS TRAININGS FOR OUR SIMPLE PREVENTION EDUCATION & HEART-BASED FORMAT WHICH TRANSLATES TO ZOOM. 3. THROUGH ANIMO LEADERSHIP CHARTER HIGH SCHOOL, WE WERE INVITED TO PROVIDE OUR CLASSROOM SPEAKER SERVICES (MODALITY #2) VIA ZOOM WHICH WAS AN ALL-INCLUSIVE EXPERIENCE FOR THE SCHOOL/FAMILY COMMUNITY TOGETHER HIGHLIGHTING PREVENTION EDUCATION & MENTAL HEALTH, IMPACTING THE ENTIRE 12TH GRADE LEVEL CONSISTING OF ROUGHLY 165 STUDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES, THE SCHOOL PRINCIPAL, DOZENS OF TEACHERS, ADMINISTRATORS, COUNSELORS AND THE PRINCIPAL OF THE SCHOOL.
