To provide evaluation, individual, and group counseling services to persons who have gambling problems and the family and friends of our clients who are affected by gambling without regard of their ability to pay.
Our mission is to provide expert and compassionate treatment services to problem gamblers and their families, regardless of their ability to pay. The rpgc has a vision of increasing awareness of the scope of problem gambling and the availability of treatment, and leading the way to partner with community members to improve the mental health of northern nevadans. Our ongoing objectives include: remaining the best non-profit free-standing outpatient treatment center for problem gambling in northern nevada, and we demonstrate that achievement by hiring and using the best qualified and caring problem gambling counselors and brilliant and personable staff. We have successfully treated over 200 clients plus we continue to receive referrals from those clients. Our objective to maintain relationships with community partners in the gaming industry, the judicial system, and business and healthcare agencies has been successful and continues to grow in numbers of positive alliances.
