There are no uncertain income tax positions as of december 31, 2022.

PART X, LINE 2:

Fin 48 note from audited financial statements the organization was granted exemptions from federal income taxes by the internal revenue service pursuant to the provisions of internal revenue code section 501(c)(3). The tax exempt purpose of the organization and the nature in which it operates is described above. The organization continues to operate in compliance with their tax exempt purpose. The organization's annual informational returns filed with the federal and state governments are subject to examination by the internal revenue service for three years after filing. Additionally, the organization has adopted the requirements for accounting for uncertain tax positions. Management has determined that the organization was not required to record a liability related to uncertain tax positions as of december 31, 2022.
