Crisis transportation - van transportation and ambulance transportation were dispatched during the fiscal year ended june 30, 2013, to drive homeless clients to detox services.
Activity 3
Call center - the call center received over 224,788 calls. Implemented new call management system to support the crisis line. Hosted several media outlets to develop stories on the efforts of the crisis response network to serve the community of maricopa county.
