“Dod risk purchasing group shall have only one class of members. The designation and the qualification of the members of such class shall be (i)any entity organized under the laws of any state in the united states of america who has a contractual affiliation with depuy orthopaedics, inc. And (ii) who is engaged in the business of selling and distribution devices, instruments and related products for the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders within the united states of america, and (iii)who has elected to become a member of dod risk purchasing group, inc and (iv) who is current in the payment of all mandatory contributions assessed to such member by dod risk purchasing group, inc.”

“The 990 is reviewed by the president and any other members he deems necessary before submission.”

“At this time the organization does not have compensation for anyone, however if in the future this changes, the organization's process for determining compensation will include a review and approval by independent persons, comparability data, and recording of the discussion and the decision.”

“The organization will make their application for recognition of exemption and annual information returns available upon request without charge except for a nominal fee for reproduction and actual postage costs. Annual information returns will be available for three years after filing.”

“If the governing documents of the organization are subject to federal or state public disclosure rules, these documents will be made publicly available as applicable law may require. Otherwise, the governing documents will be provided to the public at the discretion of management.”
