The Rep Payee programs fundemental goal is to assist clients in developing and maintaining financial well being in a supported enviroment. The Rep Payee is responsible for ensuring that a client base needs are met before allowing the client to spend money on other things. This reduces homelessness, hunger and loss of utilities. The rep payee manager had 64 clients in 2016 and worked a total of 1212 hours.

IRS990/ProgSrvcAccomActy3Grp/Desc0Client Satisfaction Team The CSTs function is to determine if consumers and families are satisfied with their use of behavioral health services in terms of access, delivery, outcomes, appropriateness of service and being treated with dignity and respect. They do this by interviewing consumers and family members. In 2016, 428 site visits were made to area providers to survey people face to face. 1873 surveys were completed in 2016. All information received was reported to providers, the managed care organization and the county mental health program office to enable better services to clients with corrective action take place as needed.
