Mission

Our mission is to advocate for a recovery and consumer focused system of care in Lawrence County that utilizes best practices and evidence based practices that are effective and efficient as supported by the data from measuring outcomes, quality and accountability

Major Activities

Activity 2
Representative Payee Program. The Rep Payee programs fundemental goal is to assist clients in developing and maintaining financial well being in a supported enviroment. The Rep Payee is responsible for ensuring that a client base needs are met before allowing the client to spend money on other things. This reduces homelessness, hunger and loss of utilities. The rep payee manager had 16 clients in 2012 and worked a total of 795 hours.
Activity 3
Client Satisfaction Team The CSTs function is to determine if consumers and families are satisfied with their use of behavioral health services in terms of access, delivery, outcomes, appropriateness of service and being treated with dignity and respect. They do this by interviewing consumers and family members. In 2012 CST interviewed 2786 people regarding services. They did 103 site visits to area providers to survey people face to face. CST did 2031 face to face surveys in 2012. All information received was reported to providers, the managed care organization and the county mental health program office.
