Life pittsburgh offers an alternative to nursing home placement for frail, indigent residents of allegheny county. We manage the acute and chronic medical needs of our enrollees, as well as, provide a social environment to combat the loneliness and isolation of living alone. This is accomplished in the community, our enrollees' homes, and our adult day health centers as opposed to an institution.
Life pittsburgh is an organization that assists the older adult in maintaining quality, dignity and autonomy in their lives. We support and nurture individuals and their families through a faith-based approach to medical and social services that respect and honor the older adult.
