Mission

The organization was formed to operate exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, and to carry out the purposes of Elk Regional Health System by serving as a general partner in ELCO Glen Limited Partnership. The purpose of the Partnership is to acquire, construct, provide and operate rental housing and related facilities suited to the special needs and living requirements of eligible occupants as determined by Rural Development.
