The members of orchard manor inc shall be representatives from each of the following bodies of the independent order of odd fellows: one representative from the grand lodge of pennsylvania, the grand encampment, the rebekah assembly, the department council and the department association, and one representative from each odd fellow lodge, rebekah lodge, encampment, canton, ladies auxiliary and ladies encampment auxiliary within the presently assigned 32 county district of western pennsylvania.
