The Board has appointed the following committees composed of board members that act in an advisory role and make presentations to the full Board; Finance, Personnel, Executive and Loan.

The return will be presented to all board of directors' members prior to filing.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 12C: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts

Annually, each Board member completes the conflict of interest policy disclosure form. The completed forms are reviewed by the Executive Director who makes any further inquiries deemed necessary to avoid any conflicts of interest.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 15A: Compensation Review & Approval Process - CEO, Top Management

Annually, the performance of the Executive Director is compared to management's objectives established at the beginning of the year and reviewed by the Personnel Committee. The Personnel Committee then presents their findings to the full Board for authorization of any actions.
