On an annual basis a Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form is distributed to all members at the directors meeting. All are required to complete the form. Those not in attendance receive the form by mail are requested to return the completed form to the agency. The administrative servicies director ensures that all forms have been completed and filed with the agency.

Compesnstion for all employees is defined through a job classification system with minimum and maximum amounts being defined. Based on those parameters, the board approves a compensation scale for the organization annually.

Referrals and funding are originated by the respective mental health mental retardation administrative entities. During the reporting year 140/150 persons with disabilities participated in the sheltered environment Examples of skills learned include but are not limited to assembling products, weighing and heat sealing products, screen printing products, wiring, packaging and repackaging, refinish furniture, handling, and preparing items for shipping. Food service training includes bussing tables, prepraring foods, serving foods, operating a commercial dishwasher.
