The executive committee created a compensation committee (the subcommittee) to perform annual performance reviews and set the president's annual salary, in accordance with the executive compensation philosophy, policies and procedures approved by the board. ADDITIONALLY, 96% OF STUDENTS GRADUATING WITH A BACHELOR'S DEGREE COMPLETED AT LEAST ONE PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE (INTERNSHIP, RESEARCH, ETC.). DURING THEIR TIME AT CARLOW. FOR THE SEVENTH YEAR IN A ROW CARLOW UNIVERSITY BSN (BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN NURSING) GRADUATES HAVE THE HIGHEST NCLEX FIRST TIME PASS RATE IN PITTSBURGH (95.51%).
