“The conflict of interest policy covers all employees as well as board members. The executive director is responsible for the implementation of the policy. The organization has developed a form titled notification of potential conflict of interest" that would need to be completed when a potential conflict arrises. Conflicts of interest are investigated by appointed members of the governance committee on an ongoing basis. If it is determined that an individual failed to disclose an actual or possible conflict of interest, it shall inform the individual of such a belief and afford him an opportunity to explain. ALL HOMES HAVE 24-HOUR SUPERVISION WITH WELL-TRAINED STAFF IN COMPLIANCE WITH STATE OF ILLINOIS STANDARDS.
