Form 990 Part VI Section A line 1a: The Executive Committee is composed of the President President-elect Treasurer and the Immediate Past President as voting members. It also includes the Executive Director and one Institutional Member Chief Executive Officer CEO as non-voting members. The Executive Committee during the intervals between meetings of the Board of Directors and subject to such limitations as may be required by law or imposed by resolution of a majority of the whole Board shall have and may exercise all of the authority of the Board of Directors in the management of the Association except the power to fill vacancies on the Board of Directors to remove officers or to amend the bylaws.
