Until June 2014, The Hinkle Foundation (formerly Christ Unity Manor) provided low income senior housing, in a 156 unit federally funded (HUD) apartment complex. In June 2014,the HUD project was sold. The organization's current mission is to invest its funds in support of low income senior/elderly housing.
