The georgetown woods owners association has delegated management duties to summit management company for financial management plus services under a written agreement.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6

Every person or entity who is a record owner of a fee of undivided fee interest in any lot within the georgetown woods residential townhomes in alexandria, virginia shall be a member of the association upon the acceptance of their application by the board of directors in accordance with the by-laws of the association. Ownership of such lot shall be the sole qualification for membership.

PART X, LINE 2:

The income tax positions taken by the association for any years open under the various statutes of limitations are that the association continues to be exempt from income taxes and that they have properly reported unrelated business income that is subject to income taxes. The association believes that there are no tax positions taken or expected to be taken that would significantly increase unrecognized tax liabilities within 12 months of the reporting date. None of the association's federal income tax returns are currently under examination. However, fiscal years 2014 and later remain subject to examination by the irs.
