“Yorkshire playhouse provides live amateur theater performances to patrons living in york, ne and surrounding area. At least five full-length productions are presented each year. In addition, the organization underwrites a childrens' theater in the summer. The organization works closely with york university providing an off-campus venue for aspiring actors, technicians and educators. See attachment 1: page 1”

“Childrens' theater program -this program involves 40 to 50 children each summer for both on stage and back stage activities. The program seeks to involve parents and other family members as well. After age 16, the participants can continue to participate with back stage activities. Upon graduation from high school, participants are invited to apply for scholarships (described elsewhere) to be used for college expenses. See attachment 2: page 1”

“Scholarship - each year graduating high school seniors who have participated in the childrens' theaterr program are invited to apply for scholarships to be used for their college expenses. Scholarships are not restricted to a particular high school as any prior participant is eligible to apply. There are no restrictions of the students choice of study. See attachment 2: page 2”

“Community theater- the organization produces at least five (5) main stage live productions each year. In addition, a summer childrens' theater program (described elsewhere) is underwritten. Interested persons are also invited to submit original one-act scripts to be considered for production. Vitually all proceeds are used to cover operating and production expenses. There are no paid employees; officers and board members are entirely unpaid volunteers. See attachment 2: page 3”
