BYLAWS: 1.All references to the Pullman National Historical Monument were amended to be Pullman National Historical Park.2.The Qualifications for members of the Board of Directors, Committee, and Advisory Council were further defined. It was added that a breach or infraction of the stated qualifications may result in removal from a Director position.3.It was added that all members of the Board of Directors are required to have read, understand, and adhere to the policies of the organization.4.The roles of the President, 1st Vice President, and Treasurer were further defined.5.The audit & Finance Committee was divided into two standing committees, the Finance Committee and the Audit Committee. The respective duties and responsibilities of each group were specified.

Artifacts relating to the town of pullman. Used for historic property restoration and preservation and public awareness in the pullman area.

Part X : FIN48 Footnote

Hpf is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code and is exempt from federal and state income taxes on related income. Hpf had no unrelated business income during fiscal years 2023 or 2022 and, therefore, no provision for federal or state income taxes has been made in the accompanying financial statements.the accounting standard on accounting for uncertainty in income taxes addresses the determination of whether tax benefits claimed or expected to be claimed on a tax return should be recorded in the financial statements. This requires the evaluation of tax positions taken or expected to be taken in the course of preparing the hpfs tax returns to determine whether the tax positions are more likely than not of beingsustained when challenged or when examined by the applicable tax authority. For the years ended september 30, 2023 and 2022, management has determined that there were no material uncertain tax positions.
