Money was received specifically for that project and the entities that sent the money were notified that it was for lobbying as reported on Schedule C, Part III-B. But not all of the money was spent in 2013. Therefore there was more notification of lobbying income than was actually spent for lobbying in 2013. The money will be spent in future years.”
