Management is not aware of any course of action or series of events that have occurred that might adversely affect the University's exempt status. The University applies the provisions of FASB ASC 740, Income Taxes, in regards to uncertain tax positions. The University completed an analysis of its tax positions at june 30, 2018 and 2017, and determined that no amounts were required to be recognized IN THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS.
